Weston Rd Sinfully Delicious 40X60 Tent

This 40 X 60 is still in the process of installation. The crew is installing the pole drapes before putting on the french window side wall. This tent was installed here in King Township at a local horse farm. The wedding is also catered by our local caterer, Sinfully Delicious.

30X60 Frame Tent Exterior RMC Kingston

This 30 X 60 Eureka Twin Tube frame tent is installed outside the Officer's Mess at The Royal Military College in Kingston. One of the major features of the Eueka twin tube is the larger free spans without legs. This creates a much more elegant look than the conventional style frame tents most companies have.

Sheraton Hotel 20X20 Twin Tube Tent

The thing to notice here is the 20 foot clear span. This is much different than most tent companies here in Toronto can offer you. This tent design has half the number of parts that a traditional frame tent has. Several benefits arise from this improved design. 1) Less trips through the hotel lobby 2) Better fit in tight spot 3) Cleaner appearance 4) Less obstructions This tent was installed in the atrium in the Downtown Toronto Sheraton Hotel. Chair Covers

Here in this photo we are starting the set-up for the Blackburn wedding. The table is a 60" round with a 120" round white tablecloth.. The bistro chairs have our own fitted chair covers. If you check around the GTA prices for good chair covers range up to $12.00. ASAP Tent and Party Rentals is currently charging $3.50 A question that often comes up is how many chairs will fit around a 60" table. In this photo there is 7 bistros with one removed. There is huge spaces between the chairs. With 10 chairs at the table there will still be 6" to 8" between the chairs. Of course all of the party rentals can be supplied by ASAP Tent and Perty Rentals.

Ceremony Interior 30' X 40 Tent Rental

We are often asked how to set up a tent for a ceremony. In this case a 30 X 40 tent is a great size for 100 to 120 guests leaving ample space for a centre aisle. We also have used a tension tent with 2 centre poles. The chairs are set up in a circular fashion so no guest is having the sight lines blocked by the poles.poles

Formal Tent Interior

Here is a typical formal set-up inside ASAP Tent and Party Rentals tent. This set-up is supplied as a complete package by ASAP. While this is for a wedding reseption a similar arrangement can be easily used for different types of functions. As a side note this event was mid October so this tent is heated. Most guests arrive with low expectations and are quite impressed.

Musicians Tent

This tent provided shade for the harp and cello. Later in the afternoon the tent was converted to a bar. This was a pleasant spot for the wedding guests to gather while the wedding party was occupied with the photographers.

Golf Tournament Fairmont Style

All tent rental companies will rent a tent for the holes at a golf tournament but ASAP Tent and Party Rentals does it with style. Every year we do this tent for The Fairmont Montebello. Is it ASAP style or Fairmont style? One thing is certain as you go around the fabulous golf course at The Board of Trade in Woodbridge. At this tournament the tents at all the other holes are just ordinary.

Folding tables are available from ASAP Tent and Party Rentals in many configurations and sizes. They are available with wood or blow molded polyethelene surfaces. The folding legs are steel with protective no mar caps. Banquet table Banquet tables are normally used by restaurants, caterers and the general public for setting up temporary buffets. They are also popular among retailers and vendors at trade shows for displaying products, and for use as temporary displays. General use table These are available in round, square and rectanulsar configurations designed for general home, office and other uses. Uses Folding tables are used in homes, schools, churches, and other buildings that have rooms intended for various functions. Folding tables can be used for sit-down activities, and then easily removed and stored out of the way when open space is needed. The Folding Mechanism Folding table legs bend on a hinge located at the connection point between the table top and the leg. The leg is designed to fold and fit securely against the underside of the table top and held in place clips.

This plexiglass lectern, also known as an acrylic or lucite podium provides a speaking platform for a trade show, church or meeting room. The acrylic podium has a contemporary look that exudes confidence with stunnng design. The lucite lectern podium clear plexiglass pulpit has (3) 1/2" thick upright panels for a dimensional look. The clear pulpit has rubber feet under the base to prevent this acrylic podium from scratching floors.

Patio Heaters at BMO Field
