It’s going to rain Saturday! Can I get a tent?
Yes if you start Monday.
Whenever the forecast is rain for the weekend the phones around here light up like a Christmas tree with panic calls for tents. Sometime if we have tents available we can actually do the request.
Timeline for Ordering
Monday call and make an appointment for a site visit and assessment.
Tuesday Wednesday Meet an ASAP rep to discuss your tenting needs and location. A site assessment is necessary to determine site suitability. ASAP Tent and Party Rentals will not take a firm order without doing a site assessment. A 20 X 30 tent requires a 30 X 40 space that is stakeable and unobstructed from three feet underground to twenty four feet overhead.
Wednesday Place order.
Thursday Friday Install day. Plan on being available for the installation. While the installation can go ahead without customer presence it is best to be there for any problems that may arise.
Usually tent install are not scheduled on the weekend as this can add substantial additional cost to your tent order.
