History of Personal Service
ASAP Tent and Party Rentals was started in 1989 by Fran and Brian.
Originally a seasonal summer
business, ASAP Tent and Party Rentals' mission was to
specialize in formal
events and weddings,
targeted by Fran and Brian as an under-supplied market in Toronto and
the GTA. They
identified and filled the need
for clean, state-of-the-art equipment and first rate service. Within
just three years the company
grew by almost 400%. Up until very recently, most advertising was done
strictly through word of mouth.
For the most part, ASAP Tent and Party Rentals' business
continues to be
primarily based on referrals by
satisfied customers. ASAP Tent and Party Rentals works with
the region's best
caterers and wedding services
suppliers, in a variety of locations. Our distinguished client list and
testimonials attest to
a business that is dedicated to quality and excellence of service. |

At some companies things are a bit different. At ASAP Tent and Party Rentals we want our clients t be
treated like family. This is much mre than a "Mission Statement". One
of our key suppliers, Johnson Outdoors has advertised itself as a
family company for many years. There is a difference. |
Not
Just a Staff, But a Team
The crew at ASAP Tent and Party Rentals is rigorously trained,
clean-cut and
polite. On-site
"Awareness Training" teaches the crew to be conscious of site obstacles
like sprinklers,
flowerbeds, and decks. Instructions include a mandate to the crew that
the site must be left
as it was before the event, or better. Cutoffs, long hair, and any look
that gives anything but a
strictly professional appearance is discouraged. For the protection and
assurance of our customers
and employees of the company, ASAP Tent and Party Rentals
carries five million
dollars in liability coverage. |
